Ali Niederkorn

Ali has 20+ yrs of experience coaching executives in a broad range of private and public sector organizations. Her passion is supporting leaders navigating greater degrees of complexity and scaling their leadership as they grow. She applies her background in organization design, adult development, psychology, and mindfulness practices to help clients grow awareness, shape mindsets, develop new approaches, and instill supportive habits. Clients often remark on her unique ability to help them see patterns, understand how they’re making meaning, and open up to a broader landscape of possibility for growth. Her style balances depth with a lighthearted spirit. She draws on a wide array of resources and tools from consulting practice and leadership programs to help clients develop new skills and insights.

She spent nearly a decade developing leaders at Google where she was a coach and faculty in the Google School for Leaders. She also established a coaching offering within the Google for Startups Accelerator.

In her earlier career, after completing her studies at Northwestern University in Learning & Organizational Change, she went on to work in consulting and later returned to NU to co-found the Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change and the Institute on Complex Systems executive program. She continually serves as a bridge between theory and practice.
