Meredith Persily partners with leaders and their executive teams to navigate complexity, drive impact, and achieve bold aspirations. With deep expertise in human behavior, organizational development, and leadership in high-stakes environments, she specializes in working with executives in technology, healthcare, financial services, and government.

A sought-after executive and team coach, consultant, and facilitator, Meredith has worked with leaders across 17 countries and five continents, as well as 38 U.S. states, including Washington, D.C. She has a track record of helping C-suite executives cut through complexity, clarify their purpose, and take strategic risks to elevate their leadership and expand their influence.

Meredith is the co-author of Six Paths to Leadership: Lessons from Successful Executives, Politicians, Entrepreneurs, and More (Palgrave Macmillan, 2021), which explores the diverse leadership paths and onboarding strategies of high-performing professionals across sectors. She is a recognized expert in multi-generational leadership, executive onboarding, and workplace trends, with insights featured on NPR, Entrepreneur, SHRM, Roll Call, Politico, and more.

Having served for ten years on the faculty at American University, she taught leadership and organizational behavior at both the School of Business and School of Public Administration. Previously, she served as Director of Executive Education for CEB’s Corporate Leadership Council (now Gartner for HR) and Director of Training & Consulting at The Congressional Management Foundation, where she coached more than 100 members of the U.S. Congress and their senior staff.

Meredith’s career began in telecommunications market analysis, serving as Research Director for the Economist Intelligence Unit’s (EIU) Telecommunications Division in São Paulo, Brazil. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, she has a global perspective on leadership and business transformation.
