Nadine brings more than two decades of experience as an executive leader, coach, and facilitator, partnering with senior leaders to elevate impact, sharpen effectiveness, and meet the demands of leading at scale. Her coaching draws directly from real-world leadership experience, having run large, complex global organizations, made high-stakes decisions under pressure, and navigated the political and strategic terrain her clients face today.
Nadine works with clients across a range of priorities: onboarding into new and more complex roles, building stronger alignment and trust with teams and stakeholders, scaling leadership effectiveness, and making confident decisions under pressure. She is passionate about helping leaders align their professional and personal priorities so that success is sustainable and meaningful.
Nadine’s coaching approach is individualized for each client. She takes time to understand the full context of each leader’s situation, developing a clear picture of what’s getting in the way and why. She is an intent listener who surfaces the assumptions leaders don’t know they’re carrying and helps them locate their own agency when they feel stuck. She conducts in-depth, interview-based 360s when appropriate and is a practitioner of Wiley DiSC and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
Prior to coaching, Nadine served as a Vice President at Cisco, where she led a global organization of 600 professionals and drove $8B in annual revenue across technology, healthcare, financial services, professional services, retail, and the nonprofit sector. As a first-generation immigrant, she brings a firsthand understanding of the resilience and cultural acumen that leadership at this level demands.
Based in San Francisco, Nadine enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two children.
