Greg Su

Greg Su is an experienced executive coach, facilitator, and management consultant with over 20 years of experience across a broad spectrum of industries and geographies. He partners with his clients to draw insight and understanding on what will lead to sustainable effectiveness for them and their organizations. Coaching engagements have ranged from transitioning to the CEO role, increasing the client’s ability to influence effectively, think more strategically, and expand their existing role and contribution to the organization. His clients have included product, revenue, operations, science and IT leaders at private equity backed portfolio companies, Astra Zeneca/MedImmune, Emergent Biosolutions, Advent International, Softserve, and Stanley Martin.

Greg served as an adjunct faculty member with the University of Maryland University College’s National Leadership Institute (UMUC NLI) which offered a variety of leadership development programs including in-person facilitated learning and a coaching component.

Formerly, he was part of the Executive Education at the Corporate Leadership Council of The Corporate Executive Board (CEB), which is now part of Gartner. As the lead speaker and facilitator for several practice areas, he developed and delivered training programs to Learning & Development, Compensation, and HR professionals at hundreds of leading organizations worldwide. Topics have included how to build high performance capabilities, redefining learning in the new work environment, and driving the business impact of L&D staff by becoming learning advisors.

Greg was also a Senior Principal with PwC’s PRTM Management Consulting firm where he specialized in technology and wireless telecommunications firms. He has a proven track-record of leading large engagements on market entry analysis, technology evaluations, and process redesign at corporations such as Sprint Nextel, Motorola, Comcast, Merck, and Western Digital.
