Before launching her coaching practice, Amber was a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising top companies on organizational strategy and operations. As a Director in Global Human Capital, she led the firm’s marquee global leadership program, coaching high-potential leaders from 40+ countries. She also brings deep experience as a nonprofit board chair and organizational leader.

Today, Amber works with executives and leadership teams across the public and private sectors. She provides executive coaching, leadership development training, and high-impact team facilitation to drive performance and alignment. She specializes in coaching senior leaders navigating organizational shifts, preparing high-achievers for next-level roles, and equipping leadership teams to lead transformational change.
