Greater Los Angeles

Eric Chu is a leadership and personal development coach who brings a distinctive perspective to coaching – one that combines pragmatic business acumen with the ability to offer deep, integrative work necessary to create real change.

Eric partners with executives and high potential individuals to help develop their leadership competencies. His coaching philosophy considers the whole person and is rooted in an embodied process, not just a conceptual one. His approach is informed by somatics, mind body integration, neuroscience, behavioral science, mindfulness, and Eastern philosophies. Eric has led leadership development and experiential workshops on topics such as cultivating self-awareness and embodied presence.

Before transitioning into coaching, Eric founded a successful qualitative market research practice specializing in biotech, pharmaceuticals, and public policy issues. His past experience also includes strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company and LEK Consulting, as well as marketing and finance positions at Intuit and Taco Bell Corp. respectively.

Eric enjoys practicing the ancient system of qigong, which he attributes to helping him integrate mind and body.
