As a coach, educator, and facilitator, Nayla Bahri brings the best of research and practice to an empathic, learning-oriented practice of helping people and organizations thrive. Nayla brings more than 20 years of experience into partnerships with clients and collaborators to develop leadership awareness and skills, promote career agility and satisfaction, improve employee and team engagement, and establish learning communities.
Nayla was the longtime Dean of Students at Columbia Business School where she coached and taught thousands of students and co-founded the Leadership Lab, the clearinghouse for leadership activities for MBA and EMBA students. Subsequently, Nayla led the learning and development team for a private equity-held global medical diagnostics organization, creating and leading initiatives including culture and employee engagement strategy, leadership development programs, performance management innovation, management curriculum, leadership coaching and workplace learning. She also served as a coach to members of the executive leadership team and their direct reports.
She has coached and facilitated for Colgate University, News Corp, the City of New York, Dropbox, H-E-B, Pantheon, The Royal Bank of Canada, American Express, Jeffries, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Jane Street Capital, Regeneron, PwC and many other organizations across industries.

Nayla presents her original research on professionals’ relationship with work at workshops and leadership conferences. She co- hosts the podcast Inside Job and is a regular guest on business and leadership podcasts. She teaches at the graduate level at Columbia University.
