Nina Bowman

Nina Bowman is a trusted leadership coach, facilitator, and consultant to senior and C-level leaders and leadership teams. With over 20 years of business experience, coupled with a deep understanding of leadership development, her clients benefit from an effective, practical, and goal-oriented approach to the leadership development process.

Nina brings expertise in the areas of executive presence, onboarding, strategic management and leadership, executive endurance and executive career transitions. She has experience assessing and coaching senior-level leaders from across the globe and has trained and coached hundreds of leaders from a wide range of sector,.

Prior to co-founding Mariswood, Nina was a Managing Partner with Paravis Partners LLC. She was also Principal and Founder of Bowman Consulting, a career management services firm for senior executives. As a Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International, Nina specialized in the recruitment and assessment of senior-level executives in the professional services and technology sectors.

Nina was also a strategy consultant with Accenture, and a senior director of corporate strategy for a high growth consultancy. She has extensive experience advising senior leaders in early-stage organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies.

A thought leader in her field, Nina is the author of the LinkedIn Learning course, How to Coach Your Team to Think and Act Strategically as well as a contributing author to the Harvard Business Review (HBR) Guide to Coaching Employees and the HBR Guide to Thinking Strategically. She is also a public speaker and writer on various career management and leadership topics.
