Renuka has lived, worked and been educated in the US, England and India. Her international perspective and experience help clients realize world-class standards within their specific context.

For almost two decades, Renuka has coached and trained executives across a wide range of industries and geographies. She has served as a coach and facilitator in various executive education programs at Harvard Business School, working with leaders and teams from around the world. Her pro bono work includes coaching Executive Directors through the Social Innovation Forum.
