Terri is a certified senior executive coach and organization development consultant. She has over 20 years of business experience in a broad range of private and public sector organizations. Her passion is developing leaders who can lead in complex and rapidly changing organizations that are focused on meeting market needs. Prior to joining Mariswood’s Executive Coach Team, she worked for many years in the corporate world, directing the training and organization development functions for PRC (now part of Northrop Grumman) and leading change management engagements for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.
